Busting at the seams

PXPOHIO moved to 6800 Tussing Road in the summer of 1993. By 2023 we had used up just about every square inch of space and it was time to either move or expand. As we had a pretty good-size piece of property on the east side of our building we started looking into an expansion project. We had our first meeting with Hanlin-Rainaldi on May 25, 2023. The research, development and planning phase, as well as going up against a dreaded and tyrannical empire known as the City of Columbus Zoning Commission, took an unbelievable 25 months and 11 days. One would have thought we were attempting to construct the great pyramids of Egypt. Construction began on July 7, 2025 and as of mid-October we have a floor, 4 walls and the roof is being constructed presently. This major undertaking is due to be completed by year’s end. This construction project has been made possible by the great people of Hanlin-Rainaldi and their many sub-contractors, Mark Antonetz of Sands Decker Engineers & Surveyors and Chris Vallette of Donald Schofield + Associates, Inc. We are truly grateful for all of their tireless efforts throughout this process. The staff of PXPOHIO also wishes to thank all of our great clients and vendors for without them this venture would have been completely unnecessary.
